  • Condition: The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Items that have been altered, worn, or washed are not eligible for replacement.
  • Process: Once your request is submitted, our team will review it within 48 hours. If approved, we will arrange for the return of the original product and send out the replacement as soon as possible.
  • Shipping: We offer free shipping for all replacement requests within India. For international orders, shipping charges may apply.
